Instead, you enter programming mode using the main power switch and use the brew lever to choose from four preset temperatures:
1 red indicator light flash: ~196°F (low temperature)
2 flashes: ~200°F (medium temperature)
3 flashes: ~203°F (high temperature)
4 flashes: ~208°F (very high temperature)
